Learn the basics of cheerleading in our Cheer Prep classes! Students will gain experience in jumps, stunts, and tumbling, and will learn to love the sport of cheer! This introductory class is perfect for students interested in learning more about cheer or for aspiring school or All-Star cheerleaders.

For safety and comfort during class, please have your child wear: Comfortable athletic clothing (leotards, fitted t-shirts, leggings, or shorts – no jeans or loose clothing). Comfortable athletic shoes in the gym. Hair pulled back neatly and securely if it’s long. No jewelry, except small stud earrings. Proper attire helps your child move freely and safely while having fun in class!

Our girls competitive gymnastics teams help athletes build strength, confidence, and skills as they train and compete in USA Gymnastics events at local, regional, and national levels.

Our Rocket Cheer Program

Athletes will practice in assigned practice wear ordered through the gym. Cheer sneakers must be worn indoors only, and each athlete should bring a water bottle.

No experience necessary for entry-level teams.

Elite tryouts are typically held in May, while Tiny and Mini tryouts are usually scheduled in July. For specific details, please email [email protected]

The competition schedule will be released at team placements. All competitions are mandatory, as cheer is the ultimate team sport and requires 100% attendance at all events.

All competitive teams, Tiny and up, will attend competitions. As athletes progress through the program, they will compete and travel more frequently.
