Planet Yoga
Our Yoga Program is designed to help children build strength, coordination, confidence, and mindfulness through fun, age-appropriate movement and relaxation techniques. With classes available from walking toddlers through teens, each program combines yoga poses, breathing exercises, games, songs, and guided movement in a positive and nurturing environment. Whether participating alongside a parent or independently, students learn to connect their bodies, breath, and minds while improving flexibility, balance, focus, and self-esteem. No prior yoga experience is needed, and all mats and equipment are provided.
What They'll Learn

Frequently Asked Questions About
Our Yoga Programs
For safety and comfort during class, please have your child wear: Comfortable athletic clothing (leotards, fitted t-shirts, leggings, or shorts – no jeans or loose clothing). Bare feet in the gym (no socks or shoes). Hair pulled back neatly and securely if it’s long. No jewelry, except small stud earrings. Proper attire helps your child move freely and safely while having fun in class!
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own mat, however, we do have plenty of mats for all Yogis.
Our Yoga classes are aged based!
