Please ensure all children are appropriately dressed for class. Baggy or inappropriate clothing presents a safety risk and may prevent participation. Children not dressed in accordance with dress code requirements will not be permitted to participate.
Approved Attire:
- Leotards or non-baggy t-shirts, shorts, sweatpants, exercise pants, or leggings.
- Bare feet are required in the gym at all times.
Prohibited Attire:
- Socks (bare feet required), jeans, corduroys, overalls, or any clothing with buckles, belt loops, or zippers.
- Footed tights are not permitted.
- Jewelry is not permitted with the exception of stud earrings.
- Long hair must be secured in a ponytail.
Complimentary hair ties are available at the front office.
Parents are welcome to remain in the observation area during Kids’ Night Out. Once children are in our care, parents may leave the facility if desired; however, they must return a few minutes prior to the end of the event for pick-up.
Every Kids’ Night Out has a unique theme and includes games, activities, gymnastics, open gym, and crafts centered around that theme.
If your child has any food allergies or sensitivities, please contact our Events Manager, Ashley, at [email protected]. Pizza is provided as a fun snack, but not as a dinner replacement. You’re welcome to send an additional snack as well.
Membership at Planet Gymnastics is not required to attend Kids’ Night Out. An active account and completed waivers are required for participation.
Friends attending Kids’ Night Out together may be split onto different teams for some games or activities, but are typically together for most of the event.
