Yoga Tots is a 45-minute class where toddlers and adults learn calming techniques together in a nurturing environment. Each lesson plan includes breathing exercises, a warm-up, yoga pose sequences, and an end-of-class relaxation. This will develop coordination and body awareness, boosting confidence and self-esteem. No yoga experience is needed. Mats and equipment are provided. One parent/caregiver must accompany each child during class. No exceptions.

Frequently asked questions
For safety and comfort during class, please have your child wear: Comfortable athletic clothing (leotards, fitted t-shirts, leggings, or shorts – no jeans or loose clothing). Bare feet in the gym (no socks or shoes). Hair pulled back neatly and securely if it’s long. No jewelry, except small stud earrings. Proper attire helps your child move freely and safely while having fun in class!
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own mat, however, we do have plenty of mats for all Yogis.
Our Yoga classes are aged based!
