Session Tuition

Summer 2024 is a full session commitment, classes run from June 25th – September 2nd. Pricing: Tiny Tumblers and Yoga Tots group lessons are $92.50/month or pay in full $265. Gymgirls, Gymboys, Stars, Yoga Kids and Super Yoga group lessons are $111.67/month or pay in full $320. Girls and Boys Developmental and Supergymgirls group lessons are $164.17/month or pay in full $470.

Summer Clinics are $50 per session.

Fall 2024 is a full session commitment, classes run from September 3rd, 2024 – January 27th, 2025. Tiny Tumblers, Yoga and Yoga Tots group lessons are $116.55/month or pay in full $556.50. Gymstars, Supergymstars, Rising Stars, Gymgirls, Gymboys, Shining Stars, Shooting Stars, Yoga Stars, Yoga Kids and Super Yoga lessons are $140.70/month or pay in full $672.

Annual Registration Fee

A $35 registration fee is due with your first registration.  If you continue enrollment, this fee will be automatically charged annually at the beginning of the session during which the anniversary occurs. For Example: If you enrolled in our Spring 2023 session as your first session, your annual registration fee will be charged during the Spring 2023 session. If you continue your enrollment, your next registration fee will be due and automatically charged at the beginning of the Spring 2024 session.

Session Billing

All in full payments and the first monthly payment of the session as well as pending registration fees are due prior to the start of the session. Each session is a full commitment and all tuition and fee are your responsibility once enrolled.  If you enroll in a class after the start of the session, your tuition is prorated based on your registration date, however, you are committed to the remainder of the session. Private lessons will be confirmed and billed in full upon booking.

Payment Options

We offer two e-payment plans, Pay in Full or Installment (there is an additional fee added to tuition when paying in installments).  All classes will be charged in full unless an installment EFT plan is selected. If you choose to pay in installments it will be divided into 5 equal payments (no exceptions or early cancellations).  Refunds for pay in full charges will not be given after full tuition is charged.  In order to avoid pay in full charges, please update your e-payment schedule at least three weeks before the start of a new session.

Please Note: Each session is a full commitment and any change in payment method does not eliminate the obligation to pay the balance due.

Do I need to keep a credit card on file?

You are required to enter a credit card to keep on file when creating an account. We do not charge the card on file until you are enrolled in a class or confirm a spot in a class off a waitlist. Babies in Motion students will not be charged tuition or a registration fee until the child is 12 months.

Can I pay in cash or by check?

We do accept cash and check payments. We must receive cash or check payments before the first day of the session, when credit card payments are processed.  Refunds will not be issued after the in full or monthly payment is processed. If your check is returned to us for any reason a $40 fee will be charged to your account; payment is due immediately upon notification.

Do you offer any discounts?

We are happy to offer the following discount (for group lessons only):

Sibling Discount – a second, third, fourth child from the same family enrolled in classes will receive a 20% discount.  (Discount is off the lowest tuition).

Am I eligible for the 100% money-back guarantee?

We offer a money-back guarantee to brand new students in their first session of enrollment. If at any time during the first 4 consecutive weeks of the Spring / Fall Session (from date enrolled, regardless of absences) you are not completely satisfied with our program, we will refund your tuition. This policy expires after the first 4 weeks of enrollment (Spring and Fall Sessions) and no refunds will be issued beyond this period. The money-back guarantee is only applicable to group lessons.  PLEASE NOTE, Money-back guarantee for Summer session is within 2 weeks.

How do I withdraw my child from the program?

We take all drop requests in writing via email to maintain a written record. All drop requests are processed by a manager and followed up on via email. If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must do so at least 15 days in advance of the new session.  After that, you will be billed tuition per the payment agreement.  There will be no refunds or credits for missed classes unless accompanied by a doctor’s note due to serious illness or injury.  For our Day Programs, 100% refunds will be given when notified prior to 15 days in advance.  A Planet Credit will be given when notified within 15 days of the event.  For new customers, we offer the following: If at any time during the first month (4 consecutive weeks from the date enrolled, 2 weeks for our Summer Session) you’re not completely satisfied with our program, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.

Emergency & Inclement Weather Cancellations

If a class must be canceled due a facility-related emergency or inclement weather, a make-up class will be issued. We will alert customers of emergency closures through social media, website and/or via email. Little Flippers Swim School does not give credit and/or refunds for missed classes or classes cancelled due to holiday, inclement weather or for any other reason.
