Re Enrollment for current customers begins Monday Nov 18th
Current customers can hold their space for the Spring 2014 session beginning Monday November 18th. Your priority status will only allow you to hold your current day and time. If you need to change you will have priority wait list status but will not be confirmed into a new day and time until priority registration is over.
If you are a new member looking to confirm a space in Spring 2014, registration and wait list will begin 12/16/13.
Customer Portal allows you to log-in to your account online and make changes to your family information AND pay your tuition online! You can log-in into your account by clicking on Customer Portal link on the top of the page. Your e-mail address must be on file with us to use the Customer Portal.
To Add an E-mail Address:
Click on the Register Online link on the top of the page. This will allow you to enter your customer information and register for a specific class or classes. After your customer record is created you will need to click on Customer Portal link to generate the temporary password (see below).
To Confirm Existing Record:
After the customer record is created for the first time, or if you forget your password, you can click on the Customer Portal link, enter your e-mail address and click “I don’t know my password”. The new password will be generated for you and will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. You can change that password later at any time via Customer Portal.
You can register online now for most of the classes offered at the Planet Gymnastics, including special events, such as Kids Night Out and Flip & Swing School Holiday and Summer program. Soon you will be able to Book your and Birthday Party on line and even schedule Make ups!
When entering your customer data, please make sure to fill in credit card information. Without this you will not be able to register for our programs online. Note, however, that your credit card account will be charged AFTER we receive your registration AND then send a confirmation email from our office. At that time you will be charged for the program with all the discounts applied. Discounts DO NOT appear when you register for the class, but will be applied BEFORE card is charged. Your confirmation email will reflect corrected pricing, deposits, and balance due reflecting the discount.
NOTE: Due to registrations coming in both manually and online, if the online offerings are showing “FULL”, space still may be available. Call the office to confirm!
