Spring Session Tuition
- Tiny Tumblers and Yoga Tots group lessons are $30.08 per class. The total session tuition is $631.68.
- Stars, Yoga, Cheer, Girls and Boys group lessons are $36.41 per class. The total session tuition is $764.61
- Developmental group lessons are $53.56 per class. The total session tuition is $1,124.76.
Registration
Students may join at any time during a session if there is space in the desired class. Tuition will be prorated relative to the start date. We offer waitlists for any full classes and child can be put on multiple waitlists.
All registration for classes is done online through the CUSTOMER PORTAL
Anniversary Fee
A $35 fee is due with your first registration. If you continue enrollment, this fee will be automatically charged annually your anniversary.
Session Billing
Session tuition is divided into monthly payments based on the number of lessons in that month, regardless of closures. When starting mid-month, the tuition will be prorated for the number of remaining lessons in the month.
- Tuition payments are automatically charged to the credit card on file on the 25th of the prior month. For example, payment for the month of June will be processed on May 25th.
- If the 25th falls on a Saturday, tuition will be collected on the Friday prior, or if it falls on a Sunday, it will be processed on the following Monday.
- In the month of December, payments will be processed on December 20th instead of the 25th.
- Dates may vary based on holidays.
- Students are enrolled for the entire semester and committed the monthly payments within that semester.
Can I pay in cash or by check?
- We do accept cash and check payments. If your check is returned to us for any reason a $40 fee will be charged to your account; payment is due immediately upon notification.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer a Sibling Discount (for group lessons only) – a second, third, fourth child from the same family enrolled in classes will receive a 20% discount. (Discount is off the lowest tuition).
Am I eligible for the 100% money-back guarantee?
We offer a 21-day money-back guarantee to brand-new students upon their first enrollment. If you are not completely satisfied with our program within 21 days of the first scheduled class, we will refund 100% of your tuition and fees. This policy expires 21 days after the first scheduled class meeting regardless of your attendance in those classes. No refunds will be issued beyond the 21-day period and the money-back guarantee is only applicable to group lessons.
How do I withdraw my child from the program?
We take all drop requests in writing via email to maintain a written record. All drop requests are processed by a manager and followed up on via email. There will be no refunds or credits for missed classes. Please email billing@planetgym.com
