Gymgirls (Ages 6+)
Our 60-minute Gymgirls classes are age-based and have a low student/teacher ratio. They are designed to build a strong gymnastics foundation, enabling students to naturally progress their skills. These classes focus on basic gymnastics progressions using bars, beams, and vaults. Gymgirls classes are centered around vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercises, focusing on women’s artistic gymnastics. Gymgirls will enhance students’ physical development and self-esteem while keeping them challenged.
Gymboys (Ages 6+)
Our 60-minute Gymboys classes are age-based, with a low student-to-teacher ratio, harnessing an athlete’s energy into safe, fun, and productive exercise. Gymboys have been designed to utilize a wide range of gym apparatus, focusing on coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility. Gymboys classes are centered around floor exercises, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar, and focus on men’s artistic gymnastics. The benefits of this class will include enhanced physical development and improved self-esteem.
Yoga Kids (ages 7 – 9)
Yoga Kids is a 45-minute independent class that allows our yogis to stretch, strengthen, and build coordination. Our themed lesson plans include active movement, songs, props, games, poses, and breathing exercises. Our goal is for children to exercise their bodies, breath, and minds simultaneously.
Super Yoga (ages 10 and up)
Super Yoga is a 60-minute independent class that allows yogis to stretch, strengthen, and build coordination. Our themed lesson plans include songs, props, games, poses, and breathing exercises to enhance the learning experience. Our goal is for children to exercise their bodies, breath, and minds simultaneously.
