Gymgirls (Ages 6+)

Our 50 minute Gymgirls classes are aged-based classes with a low student/teacher ratio designed to build a strong gymnastics foundation where students can progress their skills naturally. These classes focus on basic gymnastics progressions using bars, beams, vault, and trampoline. Gymgirls will enhance students’ physical development and self-esteem while keeping them challenged.  


Gymboys (Ages 6+) 

Our 50 minute Gymboys classes are aged-based classes with a low student/teacher ratio that harness an athlete’s energy into safe, fun, and productive exercise. Gymboys have been designed using all types of apparatus in the gym, focusing on coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility. The benefit of this class will be enhanced physical development and self-esteem.


Yoga Kids (ages 7 – 9)

Yoga Kids is a 45 minute independent class that offers our yogis a chance to stretch, strengthen and build coordination.  Our themed lesson plans will include active movement, songs, props, games, poses and breathing exercises.  Our goal is for children to exercise their bodies, breath, and minds simultaneously.


Super Yoga (ages 10 and up)

Super Yoga is a 45 minute independent class that offers yogis a chance to stretch, strengthen and build coordination.  Our themed lesson plans include songs, props, games, poses and breathing exercises.  Our goal is for children to exercise their bodies, breath and minds all at the same time.
