What is Planet Ninja Warrior?

Planet Ninja Warrior is an obstacle course based skills and conditioning program that incorporates climbing, swinging, gymnastics, vaulting, and track and field. The program is designed to fulfill the physical needs of today’s youth. Ninja classes are offered to boys and girls ages 5-14.

What is the purpose of Planet Ninja Warrior?

Planet Ninja Warrior workouts promote individual success and boost creativity. Each practice, ninjas may add any of their newly learned skills to their “arsenals.” Over time, they will create their own obstacle courses that showcase their arsenal skills.

What are the benefits of Planet Ninja Warrior?

Planet Ninja Warrior conditioning increases all-around physical fitness, in addition to boosting problem-solving skills. The overall mission is to provide the youth with an engaging and challenging program that focuses on overcoming obstacles to build confidence, self-esteem, and improve athleticism.

What is included in a Planet Ninja workout?

Workouts begin with an active warm-up game. Ninjas then head to their first of two content areas. At the content areas, ninjas progress through a series of skill-specific stations. During the last quarter of practice, ninjas apply their newly learned skills to complete an obstacle course. They may also freely practice any arsenal skills. Practice ends with a full group meeting in which ninjas may showcase their new skills to the whole group. The top obstacle course times are also announced and the week’s skills are reviewed.
