Yoga Tots (2-4 y/o) w/ an adult
This NEW class is designed to introduce the foundations of yoga to preschoolers. In our warm and comfortable environment, children will learn different yoga postures and relaxation techniques with the help of an adult. Throughout this 45-minute class we will use music, games and creative movements to enhance their yoga experience. We are offering this introductory class as an 8-week session beginning on 11/29/17.
