My two girls absolutely love Rocket Cheer! At practices, I see the coaches work individually with each child. They emphasize teamwork, individuality and confidence. When I asked my 6 year old what she thought of her coaches she said, “I love them.” You quickly realize that it’s much more than just a team. The friendships, the smiles and the fun that all these kids share are wonderful things to watch as a parent. I wouldn’t want my children anywhere else.
We love ROCKET CHEER! Thank you coaches soooo much for doing an amazing job. Rocket Cheer has taught my daughter to be a talented cheerleader and has inspired all her teammates to always take that extra step. They have taught her lifelong lessons she will use in and out of the gym. The positive attitudes and inspirations that the coaches have shared with her team have led them to be champions.
My daughter starting cheerleading when she was 7 for pop Warner. Although, she LOVED cheering, she couldn’t get the tumbling aspect of it. After 5 years we decided to try “All Star” cheer. We chose Rocket Cheer, so glad we did for a bunch of reasons! Gina and the other coaches were fantastic! And my daughter really learned the meaning of being part of a team. Best of all she finally got the tumbling and quickly, she got her back handspring within 4 months, the back tuck followed shortly after that! I am proud to say that she just started 9th grade and she was the only incoming freshman, this year, to make the Varsity team. Thanks so much to Gina and the other coaches for your teaching, nurturing and professionalism…we couldn’t have done it without you!
We have had two children participating in Rocket Cheer for 4 years and have watched our children grow with the program. Our girls live and bleed silver, black and blue!
In the early years we hoped that the team would at least not come in last and cheered loudly when they didn’t! Slowly things began to change with the team and our daughters: 8th place became 4th and then 4th became 2nd. Looking to the future we see the younger teams winning at Nationals and appreciate how far the program has come.
We have to give a tremendous amount of credit to the coaches and staff with building a first class program from scratch. We can proudly say that we are proud members of the Rocket Cheer family.
